After having concluded school at the internationally renowned boarding school Schloss Salem, Alexander Zacharias Bergweiler studied law at the Universities of Konstanz and Trier.

 

His main focus lies on the fields of labour and employment law and business law. As a lawyer specialized in labour and employment law, he thoroughly consults employers as well as employees and employee representatives in matters concerning individual as well as collective rights. Besides, he gives special lessons in labour and employment law at the Regional Court of Trier for the training of junior lawyers.

 

In the field of business law, he consults numerous internationally acting medium-sized companies, especially with respect to the preparation of contracts and of terms and conditions, with due regard to all the particular regulations concerning data protection and internet legislation.

 

Alexander Zacharias Bergweiler is a partner of the law firm and a member of the committee of international legal relations of the German Lawyers' Association (Deutscher Anwaltverein).

Since 2020, Alexander Z. Bergweiler is the first lawyer specialized in sports law.
