Günther Maximini was born in Konz / Rhineland-Palatinate in 1947. He studied law at the Saarland University in Saarbrücken. Since 1977 he has been admitted to the bar in the Federal Republic of Germany.

 

The main focus of his work as a lawyer lies on criminal law, traffic law, and family law.

 

Already in 1997, Günther Maximini was appointed as a lawyer specialized in criminal law.

 

Besides, he has been a Judge at the Bar Court for the district of the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz since 1995.
